Delivery and Shipping

UK Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods within 7 days from order, but generally they will arrive with you sooner. If you can’t wait to receive your order, please telephone us and we can arrange for a Royal Mail Special Delivery. There will be an additional charge for this service, which will be subject to the weight of your parcel.

Shopping basket value under £20 – p+p £3.95
Shopping basket value over £20 – p+p £5.95

Delivery costs are based on the total value of your order, however some heavier items may incur a surcharge - these will be flagged on the shopping pages.

International Shipping

Europe £10
Republic of Ireland £10
Rest of World – £20
We post via Airmail to overseas addresses. If you your order is not urgent, we can send via Surface mail and therefore reduce shipping costs. However, very heavy orders will cost us more than £20 to post. Please enquire via email, prior to placing your order. International shipping costs are based on weight.

Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy. We ask you to notify us that you are returning the goods within 14 days of delivery and to obtain a certificate of posting (free of charge from any Post Office). Returns postage costs will be met by the customer unless the goods are being returned are faulty or we have made a mistake.
